CommandOS is an operational intelligence product operated by Yogesh Bhatt as a sole proprietorship under the trade name TechTapestry in India. These Terms apply to the public website at commandos.dev and, where relevant, app.commandos.dev.

The content available on the CommandOS website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It does not create a customer relationship, service commitment or commercial agreement.

The public website does not currently provide account creation. Product access is arranged separately through demos, implementation discussions and signed commercial agreements.

CommandOS is sold through product demonstrations and individually agreed commercial arrangements. Subscription scope, pricing, implementation responsibilities, support, data access, renewal, termination and any service-specific commitments will be defined in a signed proposal, order form or other agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are requested through invoices and completed by bank transfer. Payment amounts, currencies, due dates, taxes and refund terms will be stated in the applicable commercial agreement or invoice.

CommandOS, its software, website, branding, designs, documentation, features and original content are owned by CommandOS or its applicable licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to website visitors or customers except for the limited usage rights expressly provided in a signed agreement.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute CommandOS without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover the product's source code.
• Use CommandOS to interfere with systems, compromise security or violate applicable law.
• Access the product or website through unauthorised automated methods.
• Misrepresent your relationship with CommandOS or misuse its name, branding or content.

CommandOS and the website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, that the product will operate without interruption or that all errors will be corrected immediately. Features, website content and technical requirements may change over time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CommandOS and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profit, opportunity, business information or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the website or product. Any additional liability terms applicable to a customer will be defined in the relevant signed commercial agreement.

CommandOS may rely on third-party hosting, communication, scheduling, infrastructure or integration services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content, and their use may be governed by separate terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, unless a signed commercial agreement states otherwise.

We may revise these Terms as CommandOS, our website or our commercial practices change. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the website after an update means that the revised Terms apply to that use.
